Abstract

Determination of compliance with requirements L1, M1, M4 and 17C of the Building Regulations 2000. Relates to the two storey extension and alterations to an existing two storey, three bedroom dwelling with a 114m² plan area to a two storey, five bedroom dwelling with a ground floor plan area of 190m². The council considered the extent of building work an erection of a new dwelling and that the application should be subject to a range of provisions.
