Provides an account of the regeneration of O’Connell Street, including the opening of the Spire and the proposed street works scheme (involving increased Pedestrianisation), the plaza by the General Post Office, design works at Parnell Square and the Cathedral Street junction, new kiosks, and the construction of the Tallaght to Connolly Station LUAS line.
