Abstract
One in the series of technical specifications which describe the requirements of the National Motorway Communications System Mark II (NMCS2) system components and their communication interfaces. Defines the requirements for the telephone communications link. Looks at the transmission of speech and data across the interface and includes message protocols and electrical parameters for the link.
