Abstract
Requirements are given for the indicators including signal drivers for the National motorway communications system Mark 2 (NMCS2). Looks at functional and non-functional requirements, external interfaces, electrical and protocol requirements, hardware and software design constraints, terminal PC diagnostic facilities and acceptance criteria.
