Abstract
Provides a summary of casualties comparing 2006 with 2005 and the 1994-1998 baseline average. Tables in this document illustrate casualty figures by class of road user and severity (comparison of 1994 1998 average to 2005-2006); by class of road user, age and severity (2006 data); severity 1996-2006 and by class of road user 1996-2006.Tables providing figures relating to accidents, by speed limit, class of road and severity (2006) and casualties, by severity, by police force area (2006) are also presented.
