Abstract
Specifies a set of minimum performance requirements for an instrument using flame ionization detection, together with procedures for its calibration and operation, and for the measurement of the mass concentration of total gaseous organic carbon (TOC) in stationary source combustion emissions. Suitable for the measurement of low level gaseous or vapour phase TOC emissions such as those from municipal waste incinerators and hazardous waste incinerators.
