Abstract

Recommended for the provision of electrical or mechanical plant, and for design and execution of building engineering works usually constructed by the contractor, who also provides the plant and/or other works. These other works can include any combination of civil, mechanical, electrical and/or construction works. Contains general conditions, guidance for the preparation of particular conditions, forms of letter of tender, contract agreement and dispute adjudication agreement.
