Abstract

Presents a review of the various National Application Documents, produced separately by each country to facilitate the use of the Eurocodes on a trial basis, for Eurocode 3: Part 1.1 and Eurocode 4: Part 1.1 relating to steel and composite construction respectively. Compares, on a clause-by-clause basis, requirements such as partial factors, member design, and connection details. Simple tabular summaries, indicating which clauses have been modified by each country, are also presented.
