Abstract
Highlights the forthcoming changes to the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) including the funding available, the maximum grant limit, means testing, property charges, access to gardens, Social Housing Grant (SHG) funding, removal of 60:40 split, and relaxing DFG ring fence. Also looks at the longer term changes.
