Abstract

Provides guidance to companies who employ young drivers to drive fleet vehicles and to those who want to increase awareness about safe driving among young employees who only drive outside work. Areas covered include: young driver attitudes and abilities; aspects of young drivers' behaviour which can lead to road accidents and why many young people take these risks and how companies can help improve driver safety.
