Abstract

Acts as a working aid to the operation and administration of the JCT Minor Works Building Contract 2005. Highlights changes to the contract, in part through clause comparison tables, and also covers the Minor Works Building Contract with Contractor's Design (MWD05). Reflects on recent legal cases which indicate best practice. Defines and organises the contract's provisions, procedures and supplementary conditions by subject and includes indexes. Outlines this legal framework of contract law and includes a short summary of implied terms.
