Abstract
Details the data requirements and approved collection methods for assessing pavements. Covers traffic speed condition surveys, visual condition surveys, deflectograph testing, falling weight deflectometer, ground-penetrating radar (GPR), coring and test pits. Skidding resistance is covered by HD 28 (DMRB 7.3.1).
