Assesses the impact of the introduction of the policy associated with the plan making system - Planning Policy Statement 12 (PPS12).

To be read with Planning policy statement 12: local spatial planning (DCLG, 2008). No longer applicable as the planning policy to which it refers has been superseded by National planning policy framework (DCLG, 2012).
