Abstract
Reports on the condition of public roads, footways, kerbs and verges England, obtained from a variety of survey methods known as the National road maintenance condition survey (NRMCS). Data in this report is collected using the SCANNER machine and is based on the SCANNER road condition indicator. Provides results from visual condition surveys, local performance indicators, wet road skidding resistance, machine-based surveys and reports on factors affecting road conditions.
