Abstract
Determination of compliance with part A3 of the Building Regulations 2000. Relates to the construction of a block of twenty eight flats/maisonettes consisting of five storeys (five floors), with a plan area of approximately 700m² and a height of 15.5m from ground level to the roof. The design was revised after conditional approval to incorporate mezzanine rooms, constituting a fifth floor.
