Abstract
Explains the scope and intended effect of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Mineral Permissions and Amendment) (England) Regulations 2008, which apply environmental impact assessments to reviews of mineral planning permissions and make additional provisions applying to all reviews of mineral permissions.
