Abstract
Provides recommendations for the design, installation, commissioning and maintenance of watermist systems, and gives performance criteria for fixed watermist systems for specific commercial and industrial hazards. Provides a template for the testing and validation of watermist system applications by qualified fire testing laboratories. Addresses detection, actuation and control, components, water supply (including additives), and pressurisation systems.
