Annual compendium of housing statistics covering all aspects of housing in England. Covers data on: dwelling stock (including net additions and vacants); house building; housing renewal (including disabled facilities grants); household estimates and projections; housing market - house prices and mortgages; rents, lettings and tenancies - costs, tenancy types and housing benefits; statutory homelessness statistics; household characteristics - tenure trend, length of residence, economic status, household type, occupation density and income; housing finance and household expenditure; social housing sales; affordable housing supply; and housing conditions.
