Abstract
Explains the Town and country planning (development management procedure) (Scotland) regulations 2008, SSI 2008/432, which puts in place the regulatory framework required to allow the development management provisions in Part 3 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (the 1997 Act) as amended by the Planning etc (Scotland) 2006 Act (the 2006 Act) to be commenced.
