Abstract
Explains the Town and country planning (schemes of delegation and local review procedure) (Scotland) regulations 2008. SSI 2008/433, which puts in place the regulatory framework required to allow the provisions in the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 on schemes of delegation and local review bodies to be commenced.
