Abstract
Explains the Town and country planning (amount of fixed penalty) (Scotland) regulations 2009. DSSI 2008/Draft, which sets the levels of fixed penalty where a fixed penalty notice is issued by a planning authority in respect of a breach of either an enforcement notice (s136A) or a breach of condition notice (s145A).
