Abstract
Revises the 2006 EHCS Headline Report, which includes decent homes figures that are consistent with those published in the 2006 EHCS Annual Report. Presents headline findings from the 2006 survey and provides an update of progress towards providing better living conditions in England. Covers: decent homes, disparities in decent homes, energy efficiency, poor quality environments and deprivation.
