Abstract
Presents headline findings from the 2007 house condition survey and provides an update on progress towards providing better living conditions in England. Covers: housing conditions including decent homes, housing health and safety rating system (HHSRS), private sector vulnerable households, children living in non-decent homes, deprived districts and non-decent homes; energy efficiency of the housing stock; and poor quality environments.
