Abstract
Relates to the Town and Country Planning (Amount of Fixed Penalty) (Scotland) Regulations 2009. SSI 2009/52, which sets the levels of fixed penalty where a fixed penalty notice is issued by a planning authority in respect of a breach of either an enforcement notice (s136A) or a breach of condition notice (s145A).
