Abstract
Aims to supplement the guidance in 'Safer places - the planning system and crime prevention' and provide practical advice on how to design in counter terrorism measures into the built environment. It supports the Government’s aim to do more to protect people in buildings and places from terrorism from the design stage onwards - in particular to reduce the vulnerability of crowded places to terrorist attack.
