Abstract
Seeks views on three options for addressing the impact of high concentrations of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). The aim of the consultation is to test these options enabling Government to undertake a proper consideration of whether planning legislation needs to be amended in order to address the problems often associated with high concentrations of HMOs.
