Abstract

Explains the draft Town and Country Planning (Charges for Publication of Notices) (Scotland) Regulations 2009, which make provision for the recovery of costs of the publication of a notice in a newspaper incurred by the planning authority in accordance with regulation 20 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 which come into force on 3 August 2009.
