Abstract
Summarises an initial review of the implementation of the Government's spatial planning policy approach to development and flood risk, principally as set out in Planning Policy Statement 25 (PPS25) two years after its publication, in the light of Sir Michael Pitt's review 'Learning lessons from the 2007 floods'.
