Abstract
Sets out the Planning Inspectorate's best advice on the presentation of evidence relating to High Court and Court of Appeal judgements (case law), and the Inspector's role in the consideration of Legal Submissions. Also sets out advice to Inspectors on the introduction of new evidence by them in their order decision.
