Abstract

Sets out the procedure for orders made under Section 26, 118 and 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and 257, 258 and 261 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 which have been sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation because objections have been made and not withdrawn. Also sets out what the Secretary of State and inspectors will take into account when they make decisions on orders.
