Abstract
Sets out how the recommendations made in the initial Sustainability Assessment (SA)/Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA), and the subsequent Amendment, were taken into account in finalising the planning guidance, the eco-towns standards and locations, with the potential to have an eco-town in the final Planning Policy Statement (PPS) and the arrangements for monitoring implementation of the final standards in the PPS.
