Abstract

Intended to aid licensed BREEAM assessors in carrying out assessments, but may be used for reference by all. Outlines the scope of the scheme, and its assessment and certification stages. Identifies the types of buildings and projects which can be assessed using BREEAM. Explains how an assessed building’s certified rating is calculated. Details each credit’s aim and criteria, compliance requirements, and the schedule of evidence required, over a range of broader subjects (for example, management, materials and waste).
