Abstract

Appropriate for use in conjunction with the JCT Constructing Excellence contract (CE), and where members of the project team are to enter into a multi-party pain/gain agreement.

Document History

JCT 2005 Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2011. Updates the 2007 issue. The principal revision is the incorporation of sustainability provisions, following JCT’s consultation, and provisions building on OGC’s Achieving Excellence criteria. Aspects of the payment provisions have been modified while awaiting the outcome of the proposed payment legislation.
