Document History

JCT 2005 Contracts should not be used for construction contracts entered into after 1 October 2011. Updates and replaces the 2005 edition. The principal revision is the incorporation of sustainability provisions, following JCT’s consultation, and provisions building on OGC’s Achieving Excellence criteria. Aspects of the payment provisions have been modified while awaiting the outcome of the proposed payment legislation.
