Abstract
Comprises letter to Chief Planning Officers at local authorities expanding on the guidance in paragraphs 24 and 25 of the Memorandum to Circular 02/06 (Communities and Local Government): Crown Application of the Planning Acts. These are reproduced in the Annex to this letter for ease of reference.
