Abstract

For use with RIBA Conditions of Appointment for a Sub-Consultant (CA-SC-07). Provides a basis for discussion with a legal adviser, a warranty for performance of the sub-consultant’s services, the client’s ‘step-in rights’ to operate the sub-consultant’s agreement with full force and to the benefit of the sub-consultant if the consultant’s contract with the client is terminated, and that liability is the same as the relevant conditions in the sub-consultant’s agreement.
