Comprises the seventh volume of the final report of the New Deal for Communities evaluation. Constitutes a synthesis of evidence presented in a series of final reports from the Evaluation of the New Deal for Communities Programme. Provides an overview of how well the programme has met its objectives in terms of transforming the areas, closing gaps with what is happening nationally, achieving value for money, working with partner agencies and engaging the local community.
