Abstract
Provides advice for planners and designers in incorporating counter-terrorism measures to reduce vulnerability of crowded places to terrorist attack. Contains practical advice on how best to incorporate counter-terrorism protective security measures into proposed new development schemes whilst ensuring that they are of high design quality.
