Abstract
Relates to a two-component fill and over-band system used to seal and repair cracks up to 40 mm wide in non-porous bituminous road surfaces. The system comprises a hot-applied, polymer-modified bitumen compound incorporating fillers, high PSV aggregates and fibres, with an over-band component consisting of thermoplastic resin and a high PSV calcined bauxite or granite aggregate. Assesses performance and durability.
