Presents proposals for a National Strategy for flood and coastal erosion risk management within Wales. Poses questions about the objectives that should be set, the actions to be taken and the way flood and coastal erosion risk management should be funded. Also includes information on the roles and responsibilities of the Risk Management Authorities.
