Abstract
Provides practical guidance on the use of measures which have been introduced following consultation on 'Greater Flexibility for Planning Permissions' in 2009. Covers: extensions to the time limits for implementing existing planning permissions, non-material amendments to existing planning permissions, and minor material amendments. Sets out the key features and statutory requirements for each measure, provides a practical guide to their use, and explains how they differ from existing procedures.
