Abstract
Comprises the Government's response to the ‘Reform of the planning system in Northern Ireland: your chance to influence change’ consultation, which set out a range of proposals to improve the planning system (set within the context of the Review of Public Administration (RPA) which will see responsibility for the majority of planning functions move from the Planning Service to local government in 2011), and sought views on a number of issues.
