Abstract
Replaces Appendix D of DOE Circular 09/95: General Development Consolidation Order 1995 to reflect both changes to the article 4 direction process introduced on 6 April 2010 by Statutory Instrument 2010/654, and changes to compensation arrangements where certain permitted development rights are withdrawn introduced on 1 October 2010 by Statutory Instrument 2010/2135.
