Abstract
To assess the viscosity and the filling ability of self-compacting concrete. A V shaped funnel is filled with fresh concrete and the time taken for the concrete to flow out of the funnel is measured. Not suitable for aggregates when the maximum size exceeds 22, 4 mm.
