Superseded by Building Regulations (Part M Amendment) Regulations 2022, S.I. No. 608 of 2022 from 1st January 2023. Replaces Draft SI Building regulations (Part M amendment) regulations 2009. These Regulations amend Part M of the Building Regulations 1997 in respect of new buildings and dwellings. The Regulations also apply to the approach, access and sanitary facilities in existing buildings which are extended.
