Abstract
Provides an analysis of responses to the consultation on regulations required to implement provisions of the Planning etc (Scotland) 2006 Act. The provisions of the Act make changes to the operation of planning obligations (formerly planning agreements) and introduce legislation covering the use of good neighbour agreements.
