Abstract
Provides non-statutory guidance on air quality and the planning system to: promote understanding of air quality management and development control requirements; provide a methodology to help planning authorities address air quality issues within development control decisions; and promote a consistent approach to the inclusion of air quality in development control decisions taken by local authorities.
