Abstract

Gathers information from a range of 60 Guidance Notes covering the design and construction of structural steelwork for bridges. The various sections cover: design - general, design - detailing, materials and products, contract documentation, fabrication, inspection and testing, erection and in situ construction work and protective treatment. This updated version reflects changes introduced by the structural Eurocodes.
