Abstract

Specifies requirements for the operation of third party secure asset registration services, to ensure that the information they are responsible for registering and maintaining is secure and can be used to verify the identity of the registered keeper of an asset. Identifies four grades of secure asset register, defined according to the value of equipment recorded on the register.
