Relates to RIW liquid asphaltic composition, a cold applied, bitumen solution. The product is to be used to form a sandwich membrane, for above ground and basement waterproofing on a structure of concrete, brickwork, blockwork or masonry, or to form a damp-proof membrane for solid floors.
